AI AMAZE, a product developed by BarkingDog, made its official debut at WAVE 2025, showcasing multiple innovative AI applications at Zone B, Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1. Through interactive demonstrations, visitors were able to experience firsthand how AI technologies can be applied in everyday life and across various industry scenarios.During the exhibition, the AI AMAZE booth attracted numerous industry partners and visitors, with lively on-site engagement highlighting the strong potential of AI solutions across diverse application fields.
This year’s showcase focused on three key AI interactive services, demonstrating how AI can enhance operational efficiency and user experience in practical scenarios:
AI Virtual Guide
Provides multilingual interactive guidance combined with local tourism information, helping users quickly discover nearby attractions and food recommendations, creating a smarter travel experience.
AI Smart Ordering System
Utilizes AI-driven recommendations and interactive ordering features to help customers complete orders quickly while offering personalized menu suggestions, improving both service efficiency and customer satisfaction in dining environments.
AI Disaster Prevention Assistant
Powered by upgraded RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology with text-and-image interactive interfaces, enabling users to quickly access disaster prevention knowledge and information, improving the accessibility and understanding of public safety resources.
During the exhibition, we were honored by the visit of Director General Su Wen-Ling and Deputy Director General Chen Mi-Shun from the Administration of Commerce, MOEA, as well as Manager Jerry from Mercuries Food & Beverage Group, who visited the AI AMAZE booth to exchange insights and experience the AI applications firsthand.
Through the WAVE 2025 platform, AI AMAZE demonstrated the journey from concept development to real-world implementation, allowing visitors to witness the practical value and future potential of AI technologies in sectors such as retail, tourism, and public services.
